Problem
The Tri-State Area lacked a dedicated technology-driven platform for premium luxury ground transportation. Existing apps focus on mass-market convenience, not executive clients who require vetted chauffeurs, executive-grade vehicles, scheduled service, and white-glove operations.
Solution
Built and deployed TriState Ride as a complete ecosystem of three connected applications: Passenger App (Expo), Driver/Chauffeur App (Expo), and Super Admin Panel (Next.js). The platform supports on-demand and scheduled bookings, vehicle-class selection, real-time chauffeur tracking, automated assignment, airport transfers, hourly bookings, and cross-state operations across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
Impact
Delivered 3 integrated apps as a solo engineer with one unified backend. Enabled TriStateService LLC to digitize and scale operations, reduced manual dispatch with real-time automation, and established a scalable base for B2B corporate expansion. Platform is live at tristateride.com.
